Description:

Total and total-annular solar eclipses processed by the program span from 1900 to 2100, featuring a total of 287 eclipses occurring between May 28, 1900, and September 4, 2100. Additionally, the program provides information on partial solar eclipses and lunar eclipses.
The program offers various details, including the times in Universal Time of the solar eclipse phases (initial, central, and final), along with the geographical coordinates for observing these eclipse circumstances. It also includes information on the maximum duration and the width of the lunar umbra.
Beneath the Path of the Umbra section, longitude and latitude details for seven points along the lunar umbra's path on Earth's surface are listed.
The program encompasses several features: Earth Map functionality, Movie visualization, and Google Map display. The Earth Map function allows users to view specific points along the path of the lunar umbra on the Earth's surface. The Movie feature generates an animation showing the eclipse one hour before to one hour after its maximum phase, with a two-minute interval. Lastly, users can utilize the Google Map visualization to examine the area around where the eclipse attains its maximum or any other user-selected point.
Furthermore, users have the option to adjust the geographical coordinates of the observer. This feature enables users to understand how the eclipse will appear from different locations on Earth's surface—for instance, determining whether an eclipse will be partial or if it won't be visible from those specified coordinates.
